The spiritual atmosphere at the freedom Life Christian Church Olorunsogo Abeokuta was charged with thanks giving and appreciation to conclude this year annual convention with the theme "Joy Of The Lord" Nehemiah 8:10.
The 2023 10 days Freedom convention which began on Friday 8th December to Sunday 17th December 2023, with spiritual and edifying teaching to strengthen our spirit,soul and body.

The convention message was delivered by the General Overseer Freedom Life Christian Church world wide Apostle Mustapha Ajagungbade, tittled What Is Your Treasure.
The message stress that there are treasure and there are treasure. As human being, we all have treasures, our clothes, car, houses, children etc, but the most valuable treasure is Jesus. Our souls is the light for man and a target for satan to control
Just as God the owner of our souls love to dwell in our souls so also Satan is interested in our souls.
Matthew 12:5 emphasized that we must value christ.
Apostle Mustapha Ajagungbade used two Biblical example as a case study.
In Luke 15:11-28, the story of the prodigal son demanded his portion, there are two sets of people before the Lord, the obedient and the disobedient. The prodigal son served as the backslider, prodigal son got his portion he wasted it, he charged the congregation that "As they are going from the convention they should not be far away from God" our relationship with God should be cordial.
If you are far away from God you will lack many things, if you forsake God you will surfer, rely on God.
As the elder son of the man in Luke 15;27-29, remained with God, your soul determine what you get from God, as you are going to the world, don't forget the teaching about holiness, growing deeper in God, allow God to fill your heart and be useful to God on the coming year in order to have the Joy of God. In Luke 19:1-9, Zacheous soul had Jesus as treasure of your heart, Jesus was happy to see him, Zacheous was also happy. what was in your soul, if you want the joy of the Lord, walk in the way of the Lord, Hebrew 12:11-15.
He finally urged the members to be careful, be prepared and ready for the appearance of God any time.
