Eagle FM, 102.5 FM the award winning and darling radio station of many listeners across the length and breadth of Ogun State recently concluded its second anniversary celebration in grand style with its listeners still relishing the pageantry and excitements.

The celebration, which spanned over two weeks, were testaments to Eagle FM's commitment to its philosophy of not just entertaining but also connecting with its audience on a deeper level.

From special broadcasts, featuring interviews with listeners and industry experts, to live music performances by Fuji Maestro, Alhaji Taye Currency to mention a few, the anniversary was indeed a testament to two years of redefining broadcasting in Ogun State.

Highlights of the celebration was a charity drive which was aimed at supporting underprivileged communities in the station's broadcast area. 

Listeners enthusiastically participated by donating both funds and essential items, demonstrating the impact that Eagle FM has beyond the airwaves. 

The celebration commenced Monday, April 1, 2024 with a feeding program and educational scholarship opportunities aimed at supporting widows and deserving students.

Day-Two of Eagle 102.5 FM's Second Anniversary Celebrations brought an electrifying outdoor broadcast experience to Sagamu Akarigbo Market as the station ventured to engage directly with its audience in a vibrant celebration of two years of exceptional broadcasting. 

The outdoor broadcast was characterized by lively interactions, pulsating music, and an atmosphere brimming with enthusiasm, thereby bringing the excitement of live radio to the streets, the station reaffirmed its strong connection with its audience and underscored its commitment to delivering quality broadcasting. 

Adding a touch of sportsmanship, Eagle 102.5 FM engaged in a spirited novelty match against Super FM at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu Ode. 

The one-nil victory for Eagle FM not only added to the festive atmosphere but also fostered camaraderie within the broadcast industry.

Demonstrating its commitment to community well-being, Eagle 102.5 FM hosted a medical outreach program offering free eye check-ups, glasses, and general medical examinations. The highlight of this outreach was the award of two free cataract surgeries sponsored by the station, further emphasizing its dedication to making a positive impact beyond entertainment.

The celebration culminated in a grand event featuring a performance by renowned Fuji maestro Alhaji Taye Currency. The event was indeed an unforgettable experience filled with music, entertainment, and more.

The anniversary came to a close with a Thanksgiving Service at the St Paul Anglican church, Ilese, Ijebu and Jumat Service at Ilese Ijebu Central Mosque, fostering tolerance, unity and harmony within the community. 

Eagle FM reinforced its position as a beacon of quality broadcasting and community engagement, setting the stage for even greater achievements in the years to come.
