The National Leadership of Labour Party has congratulated the Presidential Candidate of the Party, Comrade Peter Obi (CON) on his 61st birthday.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by the National Chairman of the Party, Barrister Julius Abure, he described Obi as an astute politician who carries the grace and blessings of God in his mandate.
Barrister Abure in the Statement writes that "it gives us the opportunity to glorify God in the life of a man whom we believe that God in His Will has anointed to give hope to Nigerians and lead our country out of shackles of poverty and insecurity.
"Peter Gregory Obi is an astute Politician carrying the grace and the blessings of God in his mandate.
"In this auspicious occasion, the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Barrister Julius Abure, the National Working Committee, National Executive Committee, States Local Government Ward Excos heartily rejoice with His Excellency Comrade Peter Obi on his birthday.
The Party then prayed "to God Almighty to mark this day as the turning point of our victorious march towards the Presidency.
