The last seems not  to have been heard about the travails of Hon. Sheu Adedolapo Somoye as the information reaching us reveals that some suspected political hoodlums loyal to his rival faction of his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has attacked his house and that of his aged mother.

Hon. Somoye's house was attacked on Saturday; 25th of June, 2022 making it the second time the residence will be attacked within a month.

Living guide report that the same house was attacked during the violence which erupted after the botched primaries which was alleged to be marred with electoral malpractices and imposition of candidates.

An eye witness who spoke to our Correspondent on the condition of anonymity confirmed that the hoodlums numbering about 12 stormed the residence and fired shots sporadically into the air and forcefully gained access to the house.

The security man Aro Adebunmi, was hacked several times, his cook; Onyebuke Emmanuel and her sister Somade Halimay Ayoola was also matchetted before the  house was ransacked in search for the said Honorable who was suspected to be at large.

The domestic workers were said to be in coma in an undisclosed hospital where they are being attended to following the several degrees of injuries they sustained during the attack.

In a similar development, the matriarch of the Somoye's dynasty was also attacked and severely battered during a raid of the family house in Abeokuta by the desperate hoodlums who are bent on silencing him over his resolve to see that justice was done by seeking redress over the anomalies of the just concluded party primaries in Ogun State.

The aged woman, names unknown as at press time was severely battered and was said to have been saved by the timely arrival of the men of the Western Nigeria Security Network codenamed;  Amotekun who dislodged the hoodlums.

All efforts to reach the embattled Hon. Somoye on telephone proved abortive as calls placed through to his telephone wasn't answered neither text messages was replied.
